Refund Policy

The Maggie Rose refund policy entitles you to a full refund plus basic delivery costs if you change your mind about your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery ensuring you have your receipt or proof of purchase. We then will provide you with an address for you to return the item to us within the next 14 days. Please ensure that it is packaged sufficiently. Return delivery costs will be at your own expense. Once the item has been returned to us you will receive a credit to your original method of payment within 14 days.

In the unlikely event that you find that your purchase is not fit for purpose, as we described or is damaged then please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss a way forward (repair, partial or full refund) that is satisfactory to you.
